This fun event is being organised by volunteers who are providing all the track equipment. The event is underwritten by Ovington Parish Council who have arranged basic public liability insurance and the temporary road closure. To pay these legal costs there is an administration fee of £5.00 per cart. Cheques should be made payable to “Ovington Parish Council”.

Ovington village hall have kindly agreed to open to provide refreshments and toilet facilities.
